Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts in a high-energy studio environment. You will engage multiple members, maintain strong time management, and support member retention and sales goals while upholding Orangetheory branding and service standards.

The role emphasizes coaching effectiveness, safety, and encouraging a welcoming studio experience across front desk and studio floor activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related client-facing role preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members per class.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experience reflecting brand standards.
• Support achievement of sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
