Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Goodyear is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver scientifically designed workouts and create a high-energy member experience. You will coach multiple members in a group setting, manage time effectively, and support sales and retention goals while representing the Orangetheory brand with enthusiasm.

You will engage with members across channels, maintain studio standards, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members each class session.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Process sales transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Support member retention, lead generation, and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and professional appearance.
