The position requires ACE/ACSM/AFAA/NASM certification, CPR/First Aid, and a background in physical education or exercise science. Expect to promote health, maintain class standards, and participate in staff trainings.

Qualifications

• Certification from ACE, ACSM, AFAA or NASM is required.
• Current CPR and Standard First Aid certifications are required.
• Education in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Health Education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and effective exercise environment for all participants.
• Arrive early to class to welcome participants and prepare the space.
• Teach classes with enthusiasm, energy, and clarity.
• Monitor class for safety, correct form, and engagement.
• Attend staff meetings and professional training sessions.
• Report equipment or facility issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
