Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 1–2 years landscape maintenance experience.
• Associate's degree in horticulture, biology or related field preferred with two years of landscape maintenance.
• Ability to operate and learn use of lawn equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, water, fertilize, aerate, rake and maintain lawns and beds.
• Plant, prune, trim hedges/shrubs, mulch beds, and manage plant health.
• Mix/apply fertilizers and safe pesticides as directed.
• Install vegetation, irrigation, lights, patios, walkways, or fencing.
• Perform seasonal tasks: snow/ice removal, leaf cleanup, prepare units for winter.
• Maintain grounds and equipment; order supplies as needed.
• Operate vehicles and power/tools safely and follow safety protocols.
