Job summary

Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner and Show in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a friendly gift shop associate to help guests with merchandise and show information.

You will greet guests on entry, process transactions at the POS, stock and tag merchandise, and assist with cleaning. The position may require cross training for greeting and face painting duties.

Prioritize a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment and represent the Stampede with enthusiasm and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks.
• Friendly, energetic and customer-focused with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the gift shop and inform them about products.
• Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions.
• Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in the gift shop.
• Answer questions related to the performance.
• Assist with cleaning in the gift shop and Saloon area.
• Cross training for greeting and facepainting duties may be required.
