McDonald’s independently owned restaurant in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a General Manager with experience running a busy, high-volume operation. You will lead Department Managers, set performance goals, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness.

You’ll hire and coach managers for current and future leadership, drive profitability, and uphold McDonald’s standards in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility includes being 18+ and prior management in quick service or hospitality.

Competenze

• Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service or hospitality/retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Set goals with leadership and coach teams to improve performance.
