Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is hiring a Patient Service Representative for our Olympia office, with travel to Aberdeen and Centralia as needed. The role supports a busy dermatology front desk, handling patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments.

Qualifications

• Preferred receptionist experience in a medical office setting.
• HS diploma or GED; healthcare exposure helpful.
• Ability to check in patients, schedule, verify insurance, collect copays, deposits, and use various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for multiple providers; schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance details and collect copays at visit.
• Handle daily deposits and operating tasks with different software.
• Provide courteous front-desk service in a fast-paced dermatology setting.
