Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts Private Fleet is seeking a motivated forklift operator to join a fast-paced transportation Operations Team. You will move palletized shipments, load trailers, and ensure all DOT and OSHA regulations are followed, while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout your shift.

Experience with sit-down or stand-up forklifts is a plus; you must be able to operate equipment continuously, perform basic upkeep, and keep the dock area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operator experience.
• Experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts is a plus.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Move palletized shipments and load trailers to maximize company standards.
• Operate forklift safely in/out of trailers during shift.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Keep trailers and dock area clean and organized.
• Follow OSHA and DOT safety regulations.
