Applegreen Group is hiring a Team Member in the Operations department to deliver friendly customer service to travelers at one of our travel plazas. You will operate the POS, assist with food preparation, ensure proper food handling, and maintain cleanliness across workstations.

The role is non-exempt and on-site, with responsibilities that span customer service, cash handling, kitchen tasks, and product knowledge. Flexible scheduling supports peak periods and team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
