Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables quickly and accurately.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion, and temperature of all items before delivering.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including pre-bussing and resetting tables.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and expo to ensure smooth service.
• Confirm that guests have everything they need after food delivery.
• Handle food carefully to maintain plating and avoid spills or messes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with running side work as assigned by management.
• Help communicate guest feedback to servers or managers when needed.
