Job summary

Legacy Entertainment Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Food and Drink Runner responsible for delivering food and beverages to customers. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should ideally have experience in a food-serving establishment and, while no prior serving experience is mandatory, a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a food-serving establishment preferred.
• Safe Serve certification & WI ABC card preferred; if not, must complete course before starting.
• Able to work independently; shows initiative.
• Excellent appearance, hygiene, and dress.

Responsibilities

• Write down and submit drink orders accurately.
• Deliver food ensuring correct temperatures and plating standards.
• Communicate with kitchen staff for special dietary needs.
• Clear and sanitize tables, reset as directed.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Basic math skills

High level of stamina

Knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Education

High school diploma or associate degree in culinary studies or food and hospitality management
