Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to provide friendly, accurate service, help customers find products, and drive sales on our busy floor. You will maintain orderly, safe store areas, handle checkout transactions, and support team goals in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates are 18+ with basic math skills and prior customer service experience. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend products.
• Maintain in-stock and clean, safe selling areas.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock, tag, and display merchandise; assist in other areas as needed.
