Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage work orders, service requests, and unit make-readies to meet standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and supervise safety protocols.
• Perform maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related trades.
• Mentor and supervise maintenance team to uphold quality and safety.
