Job summary

Magical Beginnings Learning Centers in South Peabody, MA is hiring a Floating Schoolwide Support Teacher to support infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms throughout the day. This role offers 30–40 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining ratios, delivering high-quality childcare, and nurturing warm, structured learning environments.

Ideal candidates have an EEC Teacher Certification preferred (dual certified a plus) and at least one year of childcare experience.

Qualifications

• EEC Teacher Certification preferred; dual certified a plus.
• Minimum of one year experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings.
• A passion for early childhood education.
• Comfortability working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children.
• Flexible, calm, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week within operating hours (7:00 am - 5:00 pm).
