Job summary

Arc Human Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional Floater to join our team and float to multiple homes in Bridgeville, Baldwin and Carnegie, PA. The role is full-time and features a pay rate of $18.50 per hour along with a $3,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB; company paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide varying levels of personal care to participants in community homes.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, transportation and documentation of care.
• Support development of independent living skills and behavior strategies.
