Arc Human Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional Floater to join our team, floating to multiple homes in Bridgeville, Baldwin, and Carnegie, PA. The role offers $18.50 per hour and a $3,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (company paid).
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety of participants by providing varying levels of personal care in a community home setting.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, transportation and community engagement.
• Dispense medications and support participants in achieving goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care.
• Help develop independent living skills, behavior strategies, self-advocacy and independence in homes and communities.
