OMB Bank in the greater Springfield area is seeking a Float Teller full time to handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check issuance across multiple locations. This role requires friendly, customer-focused service, excellent cash handling, clear communication, and the ability to cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs.

Work locations will vary by staffing needs at different OMB branches in the Springfield region; the schedule typically runs 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum three years of cash handling and customer service experience.
• One year in retail banking, including teller transactions and new accounts preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work at multiple locations with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check issuance.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Resolve customer service issues and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Report to and work at multiple OMB locations across the greater Springfield area.
