Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Bank locations within a specified geographic region to cover shifts.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in dual control processes.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, referring complex requests to the appropriate team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and promote bank products.
• Support branch opening and closing tasks.
