Job summary

OMB Bank is seeking a part-time teller in Buffalo, MO to handle deposits, withdrawals, payments and check issuance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires cash handling, math skills and strong communication, with duties including clerical support and backup for new accounts. You will cross-sell products as appropriate.

Part-time schedule averages 20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–6:00 pm with rotating Saturdays 9:00 am–12:00 pm; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of cash handling and customer service experience.
• One to two years of retail banking, including teller transactions and new accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks).

OMB Bank tellers must be friendly, personable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. They are responsible for processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check issuance), and will also perform various backup new account and/or clerical duties as needed.

Primary Location/Schedule

• 1200 W Dallas St. Buffalo, MO 65622
• Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Part-time – 20 hours per week average

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of cash handling and customer service experience
• One to two years of retail banking, including teller transactions and new accounts preferred
