Job summary

D1 Training - Wake Forest is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Recruiter to drive appointment setting and convert leads into memberships. You will be the first contact for prospective athletes, guiding them to the right training program and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong communication skills on the phone.
• Organized and disciplined with lead management.
• High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members upon entering and exiting the facility.
• Assist with check-in/out for classes, personal training, small group, or team training.
• Be an expert on the D1 Portfolio and services, answer member questions, assist with apps downloaded.
• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot membership issues.
• Ensure the facility remains tidy and presentable through opening/closing checklists.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations/assessments, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters here more than you think).
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership.
• Recommend the right training program based on individual goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
