Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations, asking follow-up questions.
• Overcome hesitation or rejection and build confidence through coaching.
