Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Mobile Airport, AL to drive loan sales, manage accounts, and assist customers with tax services in a fast-paced, in-person role. This full-time position involves daily outbound calls, collections activity, and closing loans.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, valid driver’s license and insurance; experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation.
• Process payments, updates, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and handle cash/bank runs.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations.
