Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of admin experience in sales/service industries preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to use discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to maximize productivity.
• Create work orders and provide status to customers; follow up with technicians.
• Verify work orders are completed and closed; review notes and pending items.
• Complete contract and QC paperwork; schedule sub-contractor work.
• Coordinate activities with Sales, Project Managers and technicians; manage paperwork timely.
• Maintain appointment schedules and order materials/equipment; process daily reports.
