Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with cleaning, general maintenance, or electrical repair.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission when required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs janitorial duties daily using proper equipment and safety precautions.
• Cleans windows, vents, fixtures; mops and sweeps walkways and restrooms.
• Moves equipment and furniture safely; assists with setup.
• Drives and parks customer and company vehicles as needed.
• Performs cashier-related duties or greets customers when required.
• Participates in safety trainings and reports hazards.
• Monitors area for safety and security.
