Job summary

Princeton Management Co in Detroit is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily apartment maintenance, uphold company standards, and ensure tasks are completed in the most professional manner.

You will lead technicians and staff, conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas, prioritize requests, and train maintenance personnel to foster continuous learning. This role demands strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• Experience supervising and leading a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
