Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Specialist to maintain grounds, perform light repairs, and support daily operations across multiple sites in the Goleta/Santa Barbara/Lompoc area. The role requires a valid California driver license and the ability to commute using a company vehicle.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm with some flexibility; compensation is $22–$24 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Must pass thorough background checks and Livescan.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• Valid California Driver License and a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma not required but highly preferred; one or more years of specialized training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• General landscaping and groundskeeping.
• Minor to moderate repairs of on/off campus buildings, security systems, vehicles, purchasing, and monthly building inspections.
• Submitting regular reports to supervisor on work orders and completion status.
• Educating employees on basic maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Serving as a member of the Disaster response team.
