Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a high-volume, high-energy F&B environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Alcohol service and food handler certifications, or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs work of staff across restaurant, bar, catering, and concessions.
• Coordinates, trains, and monitors performance of staff.
• Oversees front-of-house staff in absence of senior leadership.
• Monitors guests' dining experience and table turnover.
• Ensures prompt, courteous service and proper cash handling.
• Assists in inventories and maintains pars for supplies.
