Moxy Virginia Beach Oceanfront is seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee Belvedere breakfast diner and Bar Moxy lobby bar, coordinating front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead daily service, coach staff, ensure safety and brand standards, manage scheduling and inventory, and maintain high energy in a fast‑paced hospitality setting, with a team‑driven, guest‑obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
• Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at Belvedere and Bar Moxy.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, labor controls, and operations.
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service execution.
