• Manage event registrations, attendee information, attendance records, registration reports, and post-event tracking.
• Support event promotions by assisting with e-blasts, event communications, and webpage updates.
• Coordinate logistics including venue details, signage, vendor communication, event materials, supplies, and onsite operations.
• Maintain event-related documentation, including purchase orders, trade usage agreements, invoices, and administrative records.
