Job summary

Hilton Hawaiian Village seeks an Events & Catering Sales Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow a career in hospitality sales and events.

You’ll support the sales process from proposal through execution, coordinate event logistics, and ensure memorable guest experiences across venues.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of administrative or coordinator experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Delphi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months of administrative or coordinator experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; Delphi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by handling inquiries and managing communications throughout planning.
• Support the sales process with client meetings and site inspections, from proposal to execution.
• Coordinate event logistics, booking systems, site visits, and VIP arrangements.
• Prepare and share BEOs, resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment.
• Maintain organized records and timelines to ensure high-quality service.
