Job summary

PRO EM National Event Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Associate Event Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for all PRO EM Associates. You will ensure Associates have the information, equipment, and training needed to be successful while working at events.

This role supports scheduling, payroll, training, and on-site event operations, including sign-in, check-in/out, and field supervision at large events.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound customer service is advantageous.
• Able to communicate clearly with Associates and supervisors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Receive inbound calls and answer emails including web messages in ABI.
• Run open positions report at least twice a week.
• Enter contracted staffing positions.
• Provide supervisory field support for large events.
• Send sign-in sheets to supervisors daily.
• Enter event web notes for all positions.
• Post open positions in Schedule Exchange.
• Build and strengthen relations with PRO EM Associates.
• Serve as brand ambassador and champion PRO EM’s culture.
• Attend events and assist with check-in/check-out of associates.
• Support Event Coordinators and Project Managers in the field.
• Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks.
