Job summary

Avasant, LLC is seeking a Production Assistant – Event Support for a multi-day on-site assignment in West Hollywood. You will help ensure seamless event experiences by assisting with setup, décor, and logistics.

Responsibilities include ushering guests, managing panel transitions, floral arrangements, and load-in/load-out while supporting overall event operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for 6–8 hours.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Previous event or production experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Usher guests to and from event spaces
• Remove and reset chairs during panel transitions
• Assist with floral arrangements and decorative setup
• Support event styling and on-site décor adjustments
• Assist with load-in and load-out as needed
• Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations
