Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Group Coordinator for the Royal Palm South Beach Miami opening. You will bridge sales, events, and front office to ensure every group reservation runs smoothly from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have reservations experience, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This role supports the Reservations and Sales teams and offers opportunities to advance within

Qualifications

• Hotel or reservations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (Opera or similar).
• Ability to coordinate across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage group rooming lists, reservations, and billing details.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments for flawless group experiences.
• Process changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor inventory to optimize room block utilization.
• Prepare and distribute group status and pickup reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.
• Support Reservations and Sales teams as needed.
