Job summary

3CDC oversees the daily management and programming of Fountain Square, Washington Park, Ziegler Park, Memorial Hall, Court Street Plaza, Imagination Alley, & Elm St. Plaza, ensuring spaces remain vibrant destinations in Cincinnati's urban core.

The Event Sales Coordinator, a full-time salaried role reporting to the Director of Sales, identifies and recruits high-quality third-party events and ensures flawless execution with the Events and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in event management or performing arts management.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Track, respond and follow up with all event inquiries; give site tours.
• Coordinate and process rental contracts, secure payments, and oversee post-event reporting.
• Develop sales action plans with the Director of Sales to drive bookings and revenue.
• Proactively generate new business leads via emails, calls and community events.
