Job summary

Bisnow is seeking an Event Manager for our Atlanta team, with hybrid work at 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 8500, Atlanta, GA. The role includes frequent travel to the Carolinas or Nashville for events, and on-site coordination across the Southeast.

You will manage venues, AV, catering, registration, and sponsor support, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive successful events and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of Live Event Coordination or Management experience required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self discipline, organized and ambitious work ethic.
• A positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all on-site coordination for Bisnow live events within the Southeast area.
• Ensure venues, AV, catering and party rental are confirmed prior to the event; ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors & venue staff in targeted markets.
• Coordinate sign-in, signage, and pre-event setup; manage on-site registration.
• Provide social media, marketing and sales support (event videos, photos, sponsor presentations) to internal teams.
• Work with rental vendors to set up Stage, Chairs and AV.
• Research competitive conferences to finalize conference dates/times.
• This is a dynamic role for high energy, collaborative and smart event coordinators.
