Bisnow, a leading CRE advertising and event networking platform, seeks an Event Manager in Atlanta. The hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) includes travel to the Carolinas or Nashville for events, and a clear path from Senior Event Manager to Associate Event Director.

You will coordinate venues, AV, catering, signage, registration, and sponsor logistics while engaging with a dynamic sales team. You will manage social media and marketing support for events, develop vendor relationships, and help

• 1-4 years of live event coordination or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site coordination for Bisnow live events in the Southeast.
• Ensure venues, AV, catering and signage are confirmed before events.
• Build and maintain vendor and venue staff relationships.
• Manage name-tags, signage, registration and on-site setup.
• Coordinate with sponsors to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
• Provide social media, marketing and sponsor support for events.
