Job summary

Legends Global, the world’s leading venue management and services company, is hiring a full-time Food & Beverage Manager in Richmond, VA. You will lead concessions and event bars, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and oversee inventories and POS operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will also reconcile event paperwork, maintain client relationships, and coordinate health, safety, and sanitation standards across all venues and events.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Concessions management experience required.
• Two years of food and beverage management experience required.
• ServeSafe Manager Certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise concessions staff at concession stands and private event bars.
• Provide high-level event oversight, technical proficiency, and operational support for events.
• Assist with reconciling concessions and private event bar paperwork for each event.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations and ensure POS systems work properly.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships and oversee cash handling procedures.
• Perform setup duties, assign duties, ensure sanitation standards, and coordinate staff.
