Crystal Tractor of Hastings is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of company events. You will attend planned events, set up and clean up, and post event highlights on social media while maintaining budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires strong relationship skills, a professional appearance, and a clean driving record with a motorcycle endorsement. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage event details and aspects.
• Attend planned events.
• Set up and clean up after events.
• Post event photos and videos to Facebook.
• Maintain event budgets and costs.
• Fill out vendor and musician invoices.
• Address potential issues during events.
• Keep management and Riding Academy coaches informed.
• Notify changes or cancellations to management.
• Build relationships with musicians and vendors.
• Create event flyers and obtain compliance approval.
• Post upcoming events on Facebook and dealer pages.
• Update the H-D Events Calendar in Google Sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
