• Build relationships with musicians and vendors; coordinate communications.

We are looking to hire a full-time, Event Coordinatorto enhance our team!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage event details and aspects.


• Attend planned events.


• Set-up and clean-up after events.


• Post event pictures and videos to Facebook.


• Remain under budget with all costs.


• Fill out invoice forms for vendors and musicians.


• Address potential problems that may arise.


• Keep Management and Riding Academy Coaches informed on upcoming events.


• If Changes are made to an event or if an event is canceled, let management and Riding Academy know.


• Establish and maintain relationships with musicians and vendors.


• Have event flyers created and sent to compliance for approval.


• Post upcoming events on Facebook, h-dnet’s Dealer Event page, in monthly e-Blast and weekly event texts.


• Update Google Sheets H-D Events Calendar.


• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
