Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time bartenders in Chicago to prepare beverages, take orders, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced venue. You will engage guests, explain specials, and maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of bartender or related food and beverage experience, sound knowledge of classic cocktails, and the ability to work extended, varied shifts in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartender experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and basic wine varietals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests and venue servers, taking orders and delivering full service.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and handle cash/card procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and area, stock supplies, and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Interact with guests and team in a courteous, professional manner and follow health/sanitation standards.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work as part of a team to meet service goals.
