TC Restaurant Group is seeking a Bartender to take drink orders, mix and serve beverages, and ensure a memorable guest experience. You will verify age, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports a nightclub/bar setting with flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Prior bartending and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in bar-related positions preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Mix and prepare alcoholic beverages with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers and present menus; help with food/beverage recommendations.
• Take and serve orders; answer questions and make product suggestions.
• Collaborate with other bartenders and kitchen/wait staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
