Qualifications

Ph.D. in English or equivalent terminal degree.
Three years of university-level English teaching experience.
Ability to teach online courses for the Graduate Certificate in English Dual Credit Preparation.
Continued professional engagement with the fields of Composition and/or Rhetoric.
Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and integrate evolving tools and practices into teaching.

Responsibilities

Teach general education, English BA, and English graduate courses.
Teach online courses in support of the Graduate Certificate in English Dual Credit Preparation.
Engage in program assessment and service within the department.
Collaborate with faculty, students, and community partners on well-being, public safety, and civic engagement.
