Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Litigate California wage-hour class actions and PAGA cases.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests.
• Draft and argue key motions for case strategies.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions and take depositions.
• Manage multiple litigation matters from inception through resolution.
