The attorney will handle filings, depositions, and court appearances, while coordinating with senior attorneys and expert witnesses to advance matters to resolution.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State Bar Association membership in good standing.
• Wage-and-hour claims experience a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
• Handle pre-suit matters and assist senior attorneys post-suit.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
