Sky Ranch Academy in Aurora, CO seeks an English Language Learners (ELL) Teacher for K-9th grade on a part-time schedule (20 hours per week). Opened in 2023, the campus serves K-10 with a focus on English language development and strong parental involvement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid teacher license in the applicable grade level for the state.
• Preference for a CLD Education endorsement; must pursue licensure path with CLD within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers lessons to promote students' English language development.
• Collaborates with teachers to ensure EL/MLs progress across content areas.
• Administers assessments to monitor language progress and student achievement.
• Completes documentation for state and federal guidelines.
• Maintains daily logs of student services.
• Attends regular Professional Development.
• Be available for afternoon/evening conferences and events.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned.
