Job summary

Aims Community College actively supports a diverse, inclusive environment and seeks an ELL instructor to teach on-site at Greeley, Loveland, and Fort Lupton campuses. The role involves delivering course-based English language instruction to students with varied backgrounds and needs.

Occasional travel to outreach locations is possible. Candidates should have a related bachelor’s degree and teaching experience in ELL, with strong commitment to student success and inclusive teaching practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required plus at least 1 year of ELL teaching experience.
Student teaching or volunteer teaching will be considered.
Experience working with a diverse student population is required.
Training in ELL instruction is preferred.
Master’s in ELL or related field is a plus; active postgraduate study is valued.

Responsibilities

Teach in-person adult ELL classes across multiple campuses (Greeley, Loveland, Fort Lupton).
Adhere to program policies, procedures, and curriculum.
Participate in meetings and campus events as required.
