Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina teaching licensure.
• Experience in K-12 classroom settings preferred.
• Ability to use technology to support instruction and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructional time with prepared materials and on-task students.
• Establish classroom rules and monitor student behavior.
• Present lessons clearly with objectives and relevant examples.
• Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Provide feedback on in-class and out-of-class work to support growth.
• Develop instructional plans aligned with curricular goals and available resources.
• Interact fairly with students, staff, parents, and the community.
• Perform non-instructional duties as assigned and pursue professional growth.
