Job summary

Qualifications
- Must meet appropriate Infant/Toddler Teacher requirements and provide documentation as required by the State of Colorado.
- Two years of training/experience working with children aged 1–4.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with children in a development program.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in caring for up to ten children, ensuring safety per Colorado rules.
- Support daily lesson plans, calendars, newsletters, and family communications.
- Maintain age-appropriate routines and daily schedules in the classroom.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
