Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers in Colorado to support children and families in a caring, energetic classroom environment. This role focuses on daily care, observation, planning, and family communication within licensed settings.

You will follow licensing guidelines, engage in ongoing training, and benefit from a supportive team, flexible schedules, and opportunities for credential assistance and growth, with pathways to Master Teacher programs.

Qualifications

• Meets state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Responsible for following licensing guidelines and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
