RAM Recruiting seeks a Director of Nursing for a well-established New Jersey skilled nursing facility. The DON will own the clinical operation and lead from the floor, not from behind a desk.

RN with NJ license and SNF/LTC leadership experience is required. You will hire and develop a strong nursing team, ensure quality, survey readiness, and work with ownership on facility goals. A competitive salary and supportive leadership are provided.

Qualifications

• RN with active New Jersey license.
• Experience as Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).
• Prior SNF/LTC leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations for the facility.
• Hire, develop, and retain a strong nursing team.
• Ensure clinical quality, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with the Administrator and ownership on facility goals.
